Scott was born and raised in Canada before moving to the desert in 2003 to begin his academic journey at ASU. In addition to his legal work, Scott is committed to giving back to his community. He is involved in various charitable organizations and often volunteers his time to help others. Scott is active with the Wills for Heroes Foundation. Wills for Heroes is pro bono program that provides essential legal documents free of charge to our nation’s first responders. Scott is also passionate about Big Brother and Sisters of America and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 

Scott began his legal profession as General Counsel for Titan Sports Management. Titan manages over $300 million in NHL contracts. Their roster includes multiple Stanley Cup Champions, Olympic Gold Medalists and Coaches throughout professional hockey.

Scott is also extremely active in the Arizona hockey community. Upon Law School graduation, Scott took an active role in the ASU men’s hockey program. Scott was the Assistant Coach and Director of Player personnel from 2012-2016. During his tenure, ASU won its first ever ACHA National Championship and secured ASU’s single largest athletic donation to warrant the program’s move to NCAA Div. I. Scott has also volunteered with learn to skate programs, junior academies, and the Tanner Catalano Foundation. In his spare time, Scott enjoying skiing, golfing, playing hockey, traveling, and attending sporting events around the Valley.

Dr. Janda completed undergraduate coursework at Stanford University and the University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Janda graduated from the University of California at Berkeley as a double major with two degrees, one in Psychology and the other in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in Cell and Developmental Biology where he was on the Dean’s List. Following that, Dr. Janda volunteered as a full-time research assistant at the Norris Cancer Hospital at Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Janda earned his medical degree from Touro University in California where he also was on the Dean’s List. He completed his Internal Medicine internship at Valley Hospital Medical Center locally. Further, Dr. Janda completed a short Transcranial Doppler and Cerebral Blood Flow Monitoring Fellowship at the University of California at Los Angeles School of Medicine. Thereafter, Dr. Janda completed the Neurovascular Interpretation program at the Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. Janda then obtained his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV; making him the first and only Board-Certified Neurologist-Attorney in the State of Nevada.

Dr. Janda is licensed to practice law in Nevada. Dr. Janda is also licensed to practice medicine in both California and Nevada and is board certified in neurology. His resume includes many volunteer activities and numerous research publications. Dr. Janda has great interest in community service and educational activities as he continues to be involved with Neurology board-review and on-going research publications. When he is not busy helping clients and managing neurologic issues, Dr. Janda enjoys spending time with his family, reading, volunteering, and hiking.

Kellen holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Arizona Summit School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Utah. He is a certified member of the Arizona Bar Association, showcasing his dedication to professional excellence.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kellen dedicates his time to volunteering as a Church Youth Leader and participating in church service missions. In his leisure, he enjoys golfing and coaching Little League, further demonstrating his commitment to community involvement.
