Scott Jacko, Esq.

Scott Jacko is the designated responsible attorney for this website. The firm's about page describes him as counsel for people injured by someone else's negligence, with a habit of listening first and treating each file as its own facts.

He was born and raised in Canada and moved to Arizona in 2003 to study at Arizona State University. He previously served as general counsel for Titan Sports Management, which the firm describes as managing more than $300 million in NHL contracts. After law school he was assistant coach and director of player personnel for ASU men's hockey from 2012 to 2016, a stretch the firm ties to the program's first ACHA national title and its move toward NCAA Division I.

Kellen Wilkinson, Esq.

Kellen Wilkinson is an Arizona-bar attorney who joined Jacko Injury Law from corporate practice. He holds a J.D. from the Arizona Summit School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Utah. Dr. Paul Janda — advisor only

Dr. Paul Janda is a board-certified neurologist and a Nevada-licensed attorney. The firm presents him as an advisor on medicine and law. He is not Arizona trial counsel and is not held out as a lawyer who tries Jacko cases in Arizona.
