Jacko Law Group (also called Jacko Injury Law) provides this policy for the website on which it is posted. The live Jacko footer links “Privacy Policy” to a third-party host’s generic policy. This page is written for this Arizona firm and this site. It is not a copy of that third-party document.

By using the site or the contact form, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Information we collect

The public contact form asks for first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a message. If you call 480-452-7373, the firm may write down the same kinds of contact and incident facts you choose to provide.

The site may also collect ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, through server logs or analytics tools. This policy does not claim a specific advertising pixel or tag manager; those IDs are not published for this tenant.

We do not operate a text-message marketing program on this site. There is no SMS opt-in.

2. How we use it

We use contact information to return your call or message, to evaluate whether the firm can help, and to keep records the law or professional rules require. We may use technical data to keep the site working and to understand which pages are used.

We do not sell your personal information.

Submitting a form or calling does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send privileged or highly sensitive medical detail until counsel has told you how to send it.

3. Who we share it with

We may share information with service providers who host the site, deliver email or form notifications, or provide analytics — only as needed to run those services. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the firm or others, or with another lawyer if your matter is referred (you would be told).

4. Retention and security

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to meet professional-record rules, or to resolve a dispute. No website is perfectly secure. Use the phone line at 480-452-7373 if you prefer not to type facts into a form.

5. Children

The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted a form, call the number above and ask that the record be deleted.

6. Your requests

Arizona and other laws may give you the right to ask what we have about you or to ask for a correction. Send that request by calling 480-452-7373, using the contact form, or writing to the Tempe address. We may need to verify who you are before we change a file.

7. Processing in the United States

Information you submit may be stored on servers in the United States and handled under U.S. and Arizona law.

8. Changes
